1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phmoder ("phmoder," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the phmoder website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phmoder Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phmoder, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the phmoder Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and phmoder relating to the subject matter herein.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the phmoder Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming platforms;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phmoder or any other gambling platform in a manner that remains in effect;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phmoder, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

phmoder reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phmoder may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on phmoder, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one phmoder account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to phmoder support promptly. phmoder is not liable for any losses arising from outdated account information.
• Non-Transferability: Your phmoder account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension.
• Corporate Accounts: phmoder does not permit the registration of accounts in the name of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity. All accounts must be registered in the name of a natural person.

phmoder reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phmoder account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• You must use a strong, unique password for your phmoder account and update it regularly;
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly if accessing phmoder from shared or public devices;
• You must notify phmoder immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach;
• You must log out of your phmoder account at the end of each session, especially when using shared devices.

phmoder will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified phmoder of a security breach in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Payments

phmoder accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Currency: All transactions on phmoder are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any conversion fees are borne by the player.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your phmoder account. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• No Credit: phmoder does not offer credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are available in your phmoder wallet balance.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• Deposit Limits: phmoder encourages responsible gaming. You may set personal deposit limits from your account dashboard at any time. Once set, deposit limits may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 7 days.

phmoder reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.

6 Withdrawals & KYC

Withdrawals from your phmoder account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. phmoder reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where necessary.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account and are subject to change.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings. VIP members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phmoder offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the terms of the active bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: phmoder reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Modification & Withdrawal: phmoder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phmoder Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• RNG Integrity: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on phmoder use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phmoder does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game provider. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the hand or round may be declared void and stakes returned.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, phmoder reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection: phmoder is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, player tier, and promotional period.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmoder Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phmoder staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

phmoder is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The following tools and policies are in place to support players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phmoder Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the phmoder Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phmoder or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phmoder;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any phmoder trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of phmoder's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phmoder.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmoder's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phmoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Platform;
• Any technical failures, including internet outages, server downtime, or device malfunctions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phmoder's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Suspension & Termination

phmoder reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• phmoder has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• phmoder is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• phmoder decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

Upon termination for cause, phmoder reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or financial crime is established, any real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phmoder support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

14 Amendments to Terms

phmoder reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmoder will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the phmoder Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and phmoder, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phmoder's support team. phmoder will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phmoder from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
